Anyone can help how to Dual Card use Nvidia in windows 10 use AMD in macOS

I saw many posts in tonymacx86 and insanelymac but I don't see probably answer

Hardware:

CPU: i9-9900K

GPU: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2080 Ti AMP

SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 590 8GB GDDR5

RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z Series F4-3200C16Q-64GTZKW DDR4 3200MHz (4x16GB)

Motherboard: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO (WI-FI)

Audio Codec: ES9023P (In Motherboard)

Ethernet Card: Intel® I219V (In Motherboard)

Wifi/BT Card: Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 (In Motherboard)

First question can i run hackintosh.

Second question I want to know I use Mojave or Catalina will better.

Third question anyone can teach me dual card in hackintosh or send me link about dual card (YouTube or tonymacx86)
