Weird Boot Behavior...

Hi everyone,

MY INFO:

i9-9900k

ASRock z390 Phantom Gaming ITX/ac

64GB Oloy DDR4 3000 RAM Warhawk RGB (works awesome)

XFX RADEON 5700 XT

So I have a Windows 10 partition and a MacOS Catalina partition (each on a separate SSD, of course). I've been using my BIOS to select which disk to boot from but I've noticed that after a few boots, my Windows 10 disk disappears altogether and I have to physically disconnect the SATA cable, boot the system without the drive activated and then shut it down and plug the drive back in for it to show up. Has anyone else run into this issue before?
