Trying to get OC 10.13.6 on Optiplex 9020

I've been trying to get OC working on my Optiplex 9020 mid tower for about 2 weeks now with no luck.

I can get through opencore but get a kernel panic right afterwards.

config as follows:

Specs: Optiplex 9020 I7-4770, 8gb ddr3 no dedicated gpu.

And created the USB on windows using the GibMacOS
