Ryzen 3900X vs Intel 9900K Workstation build.

Hello, I think the 8 core 9900K compares similarly to the 12 core 3900X for Logic Pro, Cinema 4D and Adobe Premier. Would a Ryzen 3 CPU in an MSI B450 Gaming Carbon Pro have issues with Adobe Premier/After Effects?

I plan on dual booting OSX and Linux running a Windows VM.

I would prefer the AMD because of the Better multi core performance for A/V work, but would it be worth the potential compatibility issues?

I've used the GTX 570 in my current Intel hackintosh. I know the spare card works, at least with Maverics. I'm going to use Catalina.
