Question about BIOS Settings for potential Dual Boot - two separate settings?

Hey Guys,

I built a PC a few months ago, running Windows, and overclocked everything, etc.

My Question is, if I try to install macOS on another drive, would I be able to have two separate BIOs settings so that I’m not affecting my Windows side?

Specs: I5-9600k MSI z390 Gaming Edge AC Corsair Vengeance RAM (16GB) RTX2060 (not that this matters because the Mac side won’t be able to utilize it)
