Hello everyone,
I have managed to get my HP Z220 to sort of boot MacOS Mojave however I cant figure out why I cannot get any video output. I have a Sapphire RX580 GPU PULSE. I can access the clover boot loader just fine and play with the settings and no issues over HDMI. I did notice two things. if i leave FakeSMC.kext on my flash drive my machine hangs on it and cannot boot. if i delete it and try again it boots until its ready to get to the GUI and then i lose signal output. I know the OS booted because I can hear siri explaining Voice Over from my towers internal speaker.
I am pretty stumped since I am so close to getting this done and then can do the post install stuff.

I sincerely appreciate you guys help or advice since I'm not exactly sure what the problem is. I probably have my GPU configured wrong with clover.
EDIT: just before i posed this I tried it one more time and without editing my original EFI folder it booted with no errors that i could see in verbose.
Im certain ive done something wrong with my GPU setting it up. That or maybe mac os doesn't support HDMI? I only have HDMI monitors and could a DP to HDMI adapter allow the display to work or would it still have problems? even DVI-D to HDMI doesn't work either.
