Kernal Panic After Successful Boot

I recently posted in this sub to commemorate the successful build of my Hackintosh. Original Post.

The system was running flawlessly until last night when there was a power cut in my town. After that, I keep getting kernal panics after 10 - 15 mins after boot. The following are the logs that MacOS is showing me:
