iPad Pro 2017 connected thru USB Lightning cable won't show up in Sidecar

Here is my current Setup.
Everything works fine, except for Sidecar.

My full PC setup is
- i5 8400
- z370m ds3h motherboard
- 32gb(8x4) 3200mhz G Skill Trident Z RGB
- Radeon RX Vega 64 (Sapphire)

I am using iMac 19,2 as my SMBIOS and I already have Internal Graphics enabled, and also tried adding this on my boot args.

shikigva=40 shiki-id=Mac-(7BA5B2D9xxxxxxxx) 

But still can't make or show my iPad on Sidecar...
Running out of options now.. Not really sure what's missing. Can anyone one enlighten me please?
