HP dv7 7200 Stuck at Attempting System Restart... MACH Reboot

I put together a clean EFI using this guide.

When I booted it, the verbose stopped at "Stuck at Attempting System Restart... MACH Reboot".

Specs: i7 3630QM

HD 4000

GT 630M (disabled using -wegnoegpu)

p.s. I've successfully hackintoshed before but my main rig didn't need any patches so I don't have any patching experience.
