How do I KNOW which kexts I need?

Hello all,

I have read through the vanilla guide at least 4 times, but it is not letting me get into the installer. So to fix these issues I am going to chop it up into eliminating what is not the issue. I'll start with the kexts: how do I KNOW which kexts I need? It says in the vanilla guide some recommended and some you 'may' need. Does anyone have a link for me that contains every single kext and why you would need them? Or can anyone tell me what kexts are necessary for (Catalina install):

i7 9700

Intel UHD Graphics 630

ASRock B365M Pro4
