Hackintosh dell and thin client?

Hey guys so I’m trying to get some version of OS X to run on my dell wyse 5020 as a media PC I tried to install Mojave to the 32gb ssd and it worked on my laptop with out gpu drivers the laptop has a amd a8 the thin client has a AMD G-Series @ 1.5 GHz I put 8gb ram in it and it won’t boot but if I put windows 10 on the ssd it boots just fine I’m kinda new to Hackintosh so I’m just using niresh I’m on Windows 10 with no access to a Mac could it be the thin client or the os thanks guys
