Getting ready to create my first Hackintosh build, any tips with this part list

I've been wanting to do this for a while, but I've finally almost got the money for it. I have been putting together a parts list for the past couple days and finally think I have it where I want it. Any tips with a build like this?

Any tips you could share for a build like this would be amazing, especially if you can forsee any issues that I didn't.
