ESP on boot drive dos not show as a boot device on UEFI

* What part I got an issue with:I am unable to boot from SDD. I can only boot from USB. The SSD doesn't even show in UEFI Boot devices (it DOES show in storage devices though) macOS runs with no issues when using USB to boot.

I have tried the following:Remove Windows SSD during install. I only have added it back recently to get screenshots. The output is identical sans the extra disks.Format mac SSD as HFS+ with GUID Scheme. Currently on APFS with GUID Scheme.Upgraded (from v0.5.4) and double checked OpenCore Configuration. Spent a few hours going over every quirk and reading the documentation.Enabling CSM (i was just messing around at this point) does get the SSD to show as a boot device, but obviously this just give a no boot disk error (something to that effect)

I'm at my wits end. I suppose I could just leave the boot USB in the back of the tower, but that's so inelegant. Thank you for any help you can provide!
