Black Screen after OS picker [Opencore/Catalina]

Hey everyone,

My monitor's power is indicating that there is a signal being sent from my computer, but after trying to boot with a USB running Catalina and Opencore (created using gibMacOS) I don't get any feedback from the console whatsoever, just a black screen. This is after being prompted to select a boot option. I'm a little lost as far as my options are for troubleshooting. Here's a link to my config.plist (I tried my best following the vanilla guide). My next guess would be to check the SSDT files my computer generated to see if I need other configurations. Hopefully someone with a similar configuration can help me out?
