Trying to install hackintosho on Thinkpad T450. I do not have access to macs at all.

I am trying to installing hackintosh on T450 using Ubuntu or Arch. When I checked the guides they all use macs to download the OS itself or for other purposes. Can you please point me to a guide which uses only Linux. I am totally lost on where to start.
