Trying to get away from the dark side

First post here.

Until now I used custom distros like Niresh or installed OSX using Multibeast/Unibeast, and lately, I had some problem installing those and decided that now I have some basic knowledge its time to do it in the right way.

My specs are :

I7 9700K

5700 XT

z390 Aourus Pro Wifi

I'm not really sure which kexts, clover parameters or Config.plist should I use.
