Sudden shutdowns at login screen or when typing on Spotlight

Im going crazy with this problem already, my laptop: a Xiaomi Mi Notebook pro with i7-8550u and Samsung NVME 960 EVO is shutting down randomly at almost 50% of battery. A workaround for me is to open up my laptop and remove the battery to completely discharge the laptop and it does work for a lot of time but after a while it is happening again.

It only happens while using battery, never happens if the charger is connected.

Could it be because of the drive (shutting down at login, at opening Spotlight or opening chrome sometimes)?

This has happened to me with a Macbook and the solution was to reset NVRAM, but there is no NVRAM on a hackintosh...

I tried with FixShutdown and same results at ~60% battery.
