SSDs not showing/mounting

Hey all.

So far my Mojave install has been flawless, I'm finishing up adding my drives and I can't see either of my SSD drives in the BIOS / Peripherals panel or in disk utility. Both connected to SATA ports.

(When these drives are in an external enclosure connected via USB they show up)
Also, both of my HDDs, my Samsung M.2 and a PCI SSD all show up fine.

Any thoughts? Or a BIOS config I might have missed?I used this guide...
