Slow Boot from USB (NUC8i7HVK)

Hi All,

Mine is NUC8i7HVK, I have followed 2 installation method from https://osy.gitbook.io/hac-mini-guide/
however the first method is not working for me even I had choose the USB from boot menu, it will boot to windows I installed before.

and the second method with Clover (Legacy Guide)
the usb boot was very slow and it takes around 20 mins form Clover to the macOSX installer, when reboot during the installation, it seems stuck on boot from the USB.

any solution?
