Ryzen Vanilla or Intel Vanilla?

Ryzen vs Intel - Pairing with a RX 5700.

The Ryzen 5 3600 is a much better CPU from what I’ve seen, however the 9th (And I assume upcoming 10th Gen) I think will have better compatibility as Apple use Intel CPUS in their devices.

Questions:

1) Will Hackintosh be easier to setup on an Intel or AMD system and which is better long-term? (Planning on using Open-Core)

2) If I go with Intel is a Z390 board okay or should I get a Z370 as I understand it’s not recommended but I’ve seen lots of success on Z390?
