Mojave boot stuck on "Security Policy Loaded: Safety Net for Time Machine"

I'm using an Asus X53-SV

Core i5

4gb RAM

Nvidia Optimus GT 540M (Switches between Nvidia and Intel Graphics)

I've installed Niresh Mojave onto my SSD, however no matter what boot arguments I use the boot gets stuck at "Security Policy Loaded: Safety net for Time Machine (TMSafetyNet)". This happens whether or not I boot recovery, or macOS.

The install USB boots fine when in legacy, and installs, however when booting the USB in UEFI, it doesn't boot properly. After installing Niresh Mojave to my SSD, in Clover the only time the option to boot macOS shows up is when booting in UEFI, not Legacy.

Any suggestions?
