Is this the last year we can try and make a hackintosh? (serious question)

I was planning to buld a hackintosh this year, but someone told me last week that with the introduction of the T2 and the built-in (and apparently unremoveable) SSD with Apple's OS on it as seen now in the new MacPro, it soon will become almost impossible to build a hackintosh. Is this true? Or would we still be able to build something up to say, Mojave?
