I want to hide clover partitions (part 2)

There are two windows partitions that are appearing on clover menu: one goes to boot, the other doesn't. They appear as one on the Mac terminal, and on windows as well, and have the same name. How can I hide the one that doesn't goes to boot?

Edit: in one appears Boot Microsoft EFI boot from EFI The other Boot windows from EFI

I want the second to be hidden
