I have successfully installed Catalina on my PC but it runs very laggy due to issues with video card drivers. So I'm moving to High Sierra so I can use my GTX1050TI card. It just hangs for hours and hours. I've tried re-downloading a clean copy of High Sierra but no dice. I've tried following the Vanilla Guide in this subreddit but I suppose I'm missing something either in the actual process or my hardware is too weird.
Clover Boot Manager loads. I select Boot macOS Install from Install macOS High Sierra. I get to a black screen with a white apple logo. The loading bar appears, fills all the way, and then my PC reboots.
