I had previously posted that I got Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina running on my Ryzen 5 2600, but sleep/wake did not work. Original post:

After some tinkering, I found that moving devices off of my USB 3.0 bus and onto the USB 3.1 bus solved the problem. The system now sleeps and wakes in Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina. Wake is even faster than it was in Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave! Refer to the screenshot. If I had anything connected to the 3.0 bus, Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina would not sleep.
Here's a link to my working OpenCore 0.5.3 configuration.
