Gigabyte designare help

Hello, this isnt my first dive into hackintosh but its been 7 years since my last so im very out of the loop, ill give a rundown of my specs real quick then get into my issue

Specs:

Intel core i7 9700k (not overclocked or anything)

Gigabyte z390 designare (i believe i have all applicable bios settings correct after looking at a couple guides)

2x16 corsair dominator platinum ddr4

samsung 1tb 970 evo

So ive gone through terminal and made my bootable mojave install, got clover installed and following a guide from Morgonaut i set all my clover settings as instructed, downloaded kexts, and replaced the config.plist with the one from the source she linked.

stuck the bootable in the fresh system, clover pulls up, select my drive and everything seems to run fine but where she gets to the install screen my display shows no signal and it just hangs there, ive tried safe boot in clover and that goes a little while then has some panic that it says to report to apple (lol)

getting back on the hackintosh game for audio production, needed this mobo for the thunderbolt 3 ports to use with my new UA apollos, really bummed that ive been at this for hours and havent made it to the install screen when my last hack was up and running in 2 hours
