Enable headless igpu on 9900k High Sierra

Followed this guide with the exact specs and config.plist but generated my own usbmap with u/Corpnewt's script:

Got everything working but the igpu for encoding work. I work mainly on fcpx. I tried adding the following on config.plist

IntelGFX 0x3E928086 ig-platform-id 0x3E920003

Checked InjectIntel and added shikigva=60 bootflag.

Apple logo now loads significantly slower and headless igpu still not working. Any idea what I should do next?
