Budget build

I have to build a hackintosh for a friend, she needs to do graphics, so working on Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere and so on. Her budget is about 700 euros (about 800$), including a 24" monitor. What do you advice?

I only used Clover till now, but I could try OpenCore. She uses a Macbook Pro right now (but it's about 10 years old), so I want to create a super stable system, which doesn't need to be repaired once a day. She also needs a DWD writer, a webcam and wifi adapter (i should choose an usb one).

What should I choose? I would think for an i5 and 16gb of ram at about 3000mhz. What do you think?
