macOS Catalina 10.15.1 Installer hangs on boot

• CPU: i7 3770
• GPU: iGPU - Intel HD 4000
• RAM: 8GB HyperX Fury - DDR3-1600
• Motherboard: MSI H61M-P31/W8
• Audio Codec: Realtek ALC887
• Ethernet Card: RTL8111E
• What guide I followed: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/how-to-create-a-macos-catalina-public-beta-installation-usb.278188/ - except used Latest Catalina installer instead of Beta installer
• Used example Clover config.plist: https://www.tonymacx86.com/attachments/config-plist.412902/

Basically, no matter what I try, the Installer won't boot past the point shown above; Swapping Kexts, Injecting Intel iGPU, Various boot arguments, config.plist edits - I even went as far as ditching my Vanilla USB and attempting to use Niresh's Distro to no effect. What am I doing wrong?
