Kernel Panic

I had High Sierra working just fine but due to a catasrophic data loss....well im stuck reinstalling everything. Im using the vanilla internet recovery guide. Ive followed it to the letter (save for the fact that im using my clover config from my previous setup). I've got all the right kexts but I keep getting a kernel panic. I have a suspicion it's due to my USB kext as I'm trying to install on a USB and have 2 USB 3.0s and 1 USB 2.0 ports (I have the 2.0 install usb plugged into a USB 3.0 port and the USB I intend to install to plugged into my 2.0 port). I'm using a MSI GEVR 7RF with a Intel 7700hq, and a Killer 2500 Ethernet. If I'm missing any important info I apologise.
