Is there any way to update GPU driver for Windows on my dual boot Hackintosh/Windows?

Hello all!

I am trying to update the latest AMD Radeon drivers on Windows to play a game, but I'm getting an

Error 173 – Radeon Software Install Cannot Proceed as AMD Graphics Hardware Has Not Been Detected in Your System Configuration

I suspect its a problem with the fact that I have the Hackintosh installed, then dual booted Windows so the driver can only be updated through Clover or something?

In Windows, I have AMD Radeon driver 19.5.x installed, but want to update to 19.12.x. Here is my hardware, and I'm running Mojave 10.14.5

Is my suspicion correct? And if so, is there a way to update the driver via Clover so that the windows driver is updated to the latest version?
