Catalina Installation Boot stuck at AppleNVMe Assert Failed

I'm creating a powerful Hackintosh build for content creation of all angles and dev work. New Mac Pro pricing just won't do. Here's the info:

CPU: Intel i9-9900k

GPU: AMD Navi 5700XT (ASUS OC Edition)

Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB

RAM: 64GB-3200 Gskill ripjaws

Motherboard: ASUS MAXIMUS XI HERO (WIFI)

Screens: Currently running 1 1080p, planning to have 1 4K and 2 1080p

Audio Codec: Planning on USB interfacing to my Mackie audio board

Ethernet card: Built-in Intel ethernet on ASUS mobo

macOS Catalina 10.15.1

I followed the r/hackintosh Vanilla Guide and Morgonaut's beginner's tutorial and have gained a lot of information in the past few days about how Hackintosh works, but not the full amount yet. I've watched a lot of posts about builds similar to mine aswell. I have not installed all of the kexts I'll need later (see Clover tree below).

I've had a lot of issues trying to get this installer to boot and have been able to slowly work my way through these issues (I think they're fixed lol) but this one is giving me a headache.

It seems that there's an issue with the NVMe recognition part but I'm not sure how this could be fixed. I do have a Samsung 970 EVO Plus in a m.2 slot (which is what I plan on installing the OS on) but removing it would not help with installing the OS...

Here's my Clover EFI file tree:

Here's my config list (planning on modifying SMBIOS later, most if not all just copies from the vanilla guide):

Any help would be appreciated. Most of what I'm looking at is pretty new to me but I'm willing to learn heavily over the next however long this will take. Thanks !

Luke
