Can't get hardware acceleration working on rx 580, tried everything listed on forms

Things I have tried and how far I have gotten

Changed SMBIOS to iMac Pro 1,1

Installed Whatever Green + Lilu which I need to get passed the black screen issue

shikigva=16 or 32 16= allows me to play DRM content in Apple TV+ but not in safari, 32 same thing expect it error when I try to render in Final Cut Pro

Tried injecting ATI and FB name to Orinoco *it allowed me to get the name of the GPU to pop up in video proc

This all managed to get to where I can have green for H264 encoding but my computer also uses the cpu for it instead, as if the gpu wasn't enabled, If I enable the IGPU it will use it, and make it appear HVEC is also enabled. My IGPU is disabled though
