My budget is 700$ and Im programmer and I want to build Hackintosh pc so please can you tell me best components to build Hackintosh with installation guide.

Apps mostly I use Android Studio Visual studio Vscode Adobe apps

And No gaming.

I have Gigabyte z390 designare motherboard.
