Any way to partition part of Mac HD for use by Windows?

Hi guys,

I set up my Hackintosh a while ago. My situation is this: I want to partition ~500GB from the HD I have Clover / OS X installed on for use by Windows (on a separate HD). Is there any way to do this without reinstalling OS X?
