Windows not bootable after trying to install Catalina

Hey there,

I've got a Matebook pro and after almost countless hours of trying dozen of things why the Windows UI was sluggish, while it was fine on Ubuntu, I decided to jump over to Apple.

Well it seemed easier than expected and what I had to do years ago thanks to all the work probably also by this community. My plan was to install Catalina on an extra volume and using it over the clover bootloader. In Windows I formatted it as ExFat so MacOS could also write on it. Booting over clover into the flash drive, I went into the partition manager and tried deleting the Mac os installation volume and format as MacOS (journaled). Mac OS always said that would not be possible since the space that should be partitioned is too small for the choosen storage. Lowering it didn't helped either though. And right after the error code the Volume Disk gets unmounted. Shouldn't be wrong, but there was also no chance mounting it again. I always got the error message "... .com.apple.diskmanagement.disenter error". This kinda seems to be a Catalina thing.

So I'm kinda stuck getting the destination volume in the correct format. On top of that I can't get back to windows since it's not an boot option anymore. Already had this problem yesterday, tried all bootrec commands over the Windows recovery flash drives terminal but without luck, so that I had to completely reinstall it.

So anyone may know how to get the formatting right and of course on how to fix the faulty windows MBR?

Thanks in advance
