Want to build a hackintosh, will the hardware work?

Hello,

I have the following setup. I want to build a hackintosh, or more likely a ryzentosh. Is this possible? I have done a hackintosh a few years ago.

I would like to buy a second M2 NVME SSD to run the Mac OS.
