Pleaae help,I can't install mac os and internet recovery doesn't help also

I can't even install the mac os sierra that came with my macbook 2017.message says internet server is broken or something.I tried to put some command in terminal for adjusting time but that doesn't work.The only thing that might work is to make bootable mac os mojave or maybe catalina but i cant download it because i dont have additional macbook.I only have windows pc.I am so desperate.I need this for my study
