My first hackintosh

In January I will build a Hackintosh PC, but I am curious, why in some specific forums do they:

1. always recommend using a Gigabyte Motherboard, why?

2. always recommend using Z370/Z390 chipset.

3. and always recommend using Saphhire or XFX graphics card RX 5 series.

shouldn't i able build a Hackintosh PC without using a Z series Chipset? and graphics card from sapphire or xfx?
