I have macOS installed and working well on my hackintosh. I've decided to have 2 GPUs (RX 580 and nVIDIA 1070 Ti) to boot into both macOS (for work) and Windows (for game) following this guide (method 4):

I have both cards connected to one single monitor (RX580 in first PCI-e slot, connected via HDMI, 1070 Ti in second PCI-e slot, connected via DP). I've disable the AMD card in Windows, and disabled nVidia in Mac. However, there is still output signal to the corresponding disabled cards. This means that whenever the screen is put to sleep, my monitor would switch to the other input with a blank screen (with back light on).
Is there an elegant solution to completely disable the signal from the disable card (in both macOS and Windows)?
