Black screen on Catalina using 4k monitor

Hello there, I have an issue since I updated to Catalina, I got black screen on my 4k monitor. I never have this issue on S, HS and Mojave.

So I run 4k@60 via DP, by default setting DP 1.2 is enabled, so I got these random black screens, BUT if I disabled it as it shown on video, it starts works good.

system:

• asus z370-F
• ssd evo 960 hyperx 32gb@3200
• lg 4k@60 DP
• uhd630
• 8700k

macOS 10.15.1 (19B88), Lilu: 1.3.8, WEG: 1.3.3

Clover and other kexts are latest.

Also tried WEG 1.3.4 no difference.
