[10.13.6] Everytime I reboot my hackintosh I have to boot to my usb and have to re-enable Nvidia drivers

Got my AMD hackintosh working on High Sierra, but every time I reboot it I always need to have my USB installer drive connected, boot to that and then choose to boot from my OSX boot drive. After every reboot I always need to re-enable my Nvidia web drivers for my 1070, any help with either issue is appreciated
