I am running a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro motherboard on Mojave 14.6, and trying to use the onboard graphics through the motherboards hdmi port. Initially, my setup was booting to the desktop with going to a black screen for a minute or two after the Apple logo. I went through a framebuffer patching guide and the problem was fixed. Then I tried to use a different monitor and it would go to a green screen and get stuck after the Apple logo every time. I have tried multiple times since to do the patching guide to no avail. I am at a loss with what to try and really need this monitor to work.
I have thunderbolt working with a display port. Would a display to HDMI cable work?
If anyone could spot the problem in my clover folder, that would be extremely helpful.
