Swapping Graphics Cards, any precautions I should take?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been running a hackintosh on High Sierra for about 6 months now with a 1060 6GB card, i3 8350k, and Z370p-D3 motherboard. However, I just picked up a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 so I could update to Mojave.

I haven’t been able to find it in my research, but are there adjustments I should make to my clover or kexts before swapping the cards and trying to boot my machine? (Besides a bootable backup) Any help so greatly appreciated.
