Should I switch to my iGPU?

Wanna start this post with my config:

• CPU: Intel Core i7 7700
• GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1070
• MoBo: MSI H270 Gaming M3
• RAM: 64GB 2133MHz (i know is useless but cmon 64gb are 64gb)

So, I use my hackintosh for music production and editing.I want to update to mojave, but there isn't any webdriver, so my question is:

• I should remain on High Sierra and use my dedicated GPU with acceleration?
• If I update to mojave, there are any workaround that fixes the 3d acceleration?
• If I update to mojave but i'll switch to the iGPU, what are the pros and cons?
