Official link for High Sierra not working?

I’m trying to make an Install USB of High Sierra but the official links don’t open the page in the App Store. I’m running Sierra fully updated.

I did this yesterday without issue. Am I going crazy? I can’t find it via search in the App Store but that has always been the case. Only the most recent Mac OS version shows.
