Newbie with Hackintosh - Please help me choose the right hardware

Hello Experts,

I am really a noob at Hackintosh-ing . This is my first attempt and want to verify my choice. I am on a tight budget and I have selected a basic build. It would be really helpful if fellow experts can verify/suggest my build components.

My requirements:

No gaming

Budget Build

Should Run Xcode/Android Studio/Servers with any hitch parallely.

Browsing with more than 20 tabs

Fast!

This is the components I have chosen so far. Please let me know if you see any glaring faults in the build.

It would also be helpful if you can recommend other parts which might save me some extra buck.
