Mojave Hp Spectre X360 stuck on boot "End RandomSeed"

I'm a newbie in the hackintosh world, just started out not long ago. Been stuck on this quite a while.I'm a newbie in the hackintosh world, just started out not long ago. Been stuck on this quite a while.

I managed to install Mojave 10.14.5 on the internal SSD, however i cannot boot into Mojave without the USB install drive.
