MacOs is breaking my battery controls

I recently installed Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave on my laptop but it happened even in High Sierra. I never got the battery indicator to work on my system. I noticed that, with or without custom DSDT, in both cases it screws the whole battery control system.

The problem is that it doesn't recover its state when i boot to windows or Linux . It keeps showing the same level for hours (all the three oses) but it starts when i boot to MacOs. To fix that i need to drain the battery with Windows until it turns off. Please someone help me fixing this.

• CPU: Intel Core i7-6700HQ @ 3.500GHz
• GPU: Intel HD Graphics 530 + Nvidia GeForce GTX 960m 4GB (Disabled trough clover hotpatch)
• RAM: 16 GB (8+8 Hynix)
• Motherboard/Laptop model: Hp Pavilion 15-bc014nl (X0M38EA)
• Audio Codec: Realtek + AppleAlc with layout id: 13
• Ethernet Card: Realtek RTL8111
