Mac15,1 boots to black screen

When I boot to my hackintosh it boots to a black screen however if i take the card out i can use the machine successfully...

I cant even boot to safe mode / nv_disable with the card in

i've tried all fixes and even changing from Mac15,1 to 14,2 however i had the same problem

THE CARD WORKS ON A WINDOWS MACHINE

I AM PLANNING ON UPGRADING TO A RX580 HOWEVER I CANT AFFORD IT CURRENTLY SO I AM LOOKING FOR A TEMPORARY FIX

Nvidia web drivers installed

mac 15,1 drivers fix installed

750ti OC 2GB

GIGABYTE Z97P-D3

im currently running using my onboard graphics.
